When I started on my own health journey, I found there was so much confusion around food: what to eat, what to avoid, and what is truly “healthy.” I wanted to create something that brings clarity back to the basics, where making choices are grounded in how the body works.

My approach is plant-forward, flexible, and focused on long-term health, not quick fixes or extreme rules.
